Easter....

Well hope everyone had a happy Easter. We went camping for the weekend. We had lots of fun the Easter bunny came and left stuff for the kids. We had an Easter egg hunt and also made some boats and raced them again this year. My kids got sand toys and some camp chairs from the Easter bunny. I came back from laughlin loaded up and went camping. We had lots of fun. Rulon, Tam, Kyson and Jessica came to visit us while we were camping. Those camping was Ben, Me our kids. Reece, Meagan and there kids. My dad and mom. Travis and Meghan and there baby. We missed those that didn't come! Last year we raced boats that we made from trash so we did the same this year and had tons of fun. From left to right the boats went Reece, Me, Parker and Addilee. My boat would have won if Trav didn't stall it by throwing rocks at it. I think Parker's  boat won. We had tons of fun those of you who didn't make it missed out.

Laughlin....

We decided to load up and go spend the week with Ben in Laughlin, NV. Ben is working there so we went to be able to have some family time and be able to be with him. He still worked so we spent the time together after he got off. We got to see family, go swimming, spend time on the beach, visit with close friends, and best of all spend a lot of time together as a family. We stayed in a hotel and the kids loved it. They tried to catch the ducks on the beach. They covered there feet in the sand and thought that was cool. They loved going swimming and asked to go all the time 24/ 7. We ate dinner one night at the buffet and the freaking fire alarm went off. Let me tell you nothing freakier than having a fire alarm go off in the hotel you are staying at. I came home friday morning to get ready to go camping for Easter weekend. Ben came home after work on friday and met up with us out camping. We had lots of fun and hope to do it again. It was really nice to have some family time.

First fishing trip....

Addilee caught her first fish of the night. She was so happy and excited.

Well we went on our first fishing trip this year. I'm sure there will be many more to come. Ben's brother came down from Alaska to visit and we all went fishing for a couple of days. The first night we caught 8 trout. The second day we didn't catch anything. We got stumped! We had lots of fun and glad we got to visit with Ben's brother.

Aspen thinks...

Aspen thinks she is a big girl now she is always going in my closet to put my shoes on. She loves wearing my shoes and thinks she is so cool. Here are a couple of pictures of her wearing my boots. She likes to put on daddy's shoes also but she doesn't wear them as much. She is getting so big and she knows it. I finally got patton potty trained so now its her turn. So potty training here we come and I am not looking forward to it. I hate potty training! It is such a pain but oh so nice when its done. We can't wait for it to warm up a little bit my kids are so ready to go outside to play everyday. Addilee just can't wait till she can play in the water that is all she talks about. Silly kiddos!

Ok so I am so behind but oh well. Patton and Aspen celebrated there birthdays in January. We had just one party for both of them. I made Patton a fire truck cake and Aspen an elephant cake. They had a great birthday party and got lots of presents. We had just a family party so we had lots of cousins over to play and have fun with. Thank you everyone for coming to support them!

What's been going on lately....

Well it's been awhile since I posted on here what has been going on. With Ben it has been very stressful on the whole family. He lost his job and was unemployed for awhile which sucked big time. He got hired by a new company but only until the job he is working on is finished. So keeping my fingers crossed that something new will come up in the mean time. Addilee has been busy with school and dance. She has danced at a few basketball games here in town. She has danced at SUU over in Cedar. She has been very excited about school and learning more and more every day. They recently sent off a flat Stanley and her flat Stanley went to visit grandpa and grandma hall in Alaska. He recently got back and she was so excited to see what flat Stanley had been up to. Patton and Aspen have been up to what they do best. Playing, playing, and more playing. Poor Patton has been sad because Addilee has friends and goes to play. He wants a friend to play with and I feel bad that he doesn't really have one. I've been up to a whole lot of nothing. Just raising kids running them to and from. The usual mom stuff. I guess I should also announce that we are expecting another baby. I am Due in August. We are very excited and can't wait to see what life will bring us next.

Sad Day!!

Well today is a sad day! My favorite dog in the whole wide world died today. My Charlie dog. He turned 9 in November so he has been in our family awhile. My poor puppy dog. At least I know that you are in a better place. May you just run your heart out and be happier than ever. We all loved you and will miss you dearly. You were like one of my kids we raised you since you were a puppy. I love you and miss you!!!!
